Emilia has been an occupational therapist for over 10 years, working in adult settings ranging from home health to the ICU, and everywhere in between. Emilia has worked as adjunct faculty at Texas Woman's University, teaching masters level occupational therapy students both hands on clinical skills and advanced professional reasoning. She has taught safe handling and care skills to nurses, caregivers, and has worked extensively in the community providing home modification recommendations and fall prevention consulting to help organizations operate safely and successfully.
Emilia holds her bachelor’s degree in psychology from the University of Texas at Austin, her master's degree in occupational therapy from Texas Woman's University, and her Executive Certificate in Home Modification from the Leonard Davis School of Gerontology at the University of Southern California.

No. Pricing is monthly. You can cancel at anytime.
We believe in keeping clients by adding value. You should never be locked into a contract in order to keep your business.
No. The standard license allows up to 100 employees at any given time. Should you go above 100 we simply bump you up to the next pricing tier of $250/month for unlimited employees.
The only restriction is state. If you have several locations in one state we do not place any restrictions.
If you have offices in more than one state you will need to purchase a separate license for each state.
One CareFlow license is provided to one home care agency regardless of how many locations that agency has.
However, franchisees must have an individual license per franchise (regardless of how many locations/office that franchisee owns)

Yes. You can although the price is the same. You can simply choose not to use the certain portions of the system. You can form example only use the training portion by manually adding new caregivers.

Yes. Simply send us the form and we'll digitize it. You'll receive a link the form in your Caregiver Flow CRM.
Yes. Every aspect of the workflows is customizable to your specific needs. We provide a library of how to videos that explain how you can make changes yourself, or you can choose to have us make the changes for you. Depending on the level of customization some reasonably priced fees may apply.
There are a set of policies that every agency should have. These policies are typically in your employee handbook. Caregiver Flow requires your employees to acknowledge the employee handbook when hired and again after 1 year.
We can also provide an employee handbook template that you can use to customize to your agency.
We are not currently performing background checks. However the system does include a step /form for background authorizations. You can manually complete necessary checks at your preferred provider. We are making arrangements to automatically send a background or other checks to a partner system. When this feature is live, there will be an extra fee per check.
It typically takes 5 days. While most agencies use the system as it is out of the box, some agencies request modifications that might extend the timeline.
Yes. A link to your training portal can be placed on your website.
In fact, if your website is already with Homecare Boost, the same underlying system where you manage your customers will be used.
